Within the greater Vancouver area:

All orders are shipped at a flat rate of $15.95 CAD. Additional shipping charges may be applied based on location of delivery, or if the order contains salon furniture or larger items. You will be notified of any additional shipping charges due before your order is processed.

Outside the greater Vancouver area:

All orders outside of the greater Vancouver area will be based on size & weight of the order.

Errors & Omissions in Shipments

Salons should check their order and invoice carefully when received.

Please report any errors or omissions to our office (604)321-2700 within two working days of receiving your shipment so that we can correct the error immediately. West Coast Beauty Company will not be held responsible for errors in shipping which are not reported within two working days.
